One action per run

A demo clip is one real action, so avoid a feature list. If you have several products, run them as a queue: bulk runs take 1 to 100 items with a concurrency window of 1 to 16, each item a normal run body with its own cap. The queue status completed means every item is terminal, so read counts.failed and re-queue only the failures.

After the run

A finished run gives primary_output_url and artifacts[]. Media is mirrored to durable media.sume.com URLs, and anyone who holds a URL can open it. Poll the run or pass communication.webhook_url to receive format.run.terminal. To change the result, start a new run with previous_run_id rather than a new brief from zero.
