What a 10-second video ad costs on each Sume model (Oct 2026)
A 10-second clip costs $0.125 on Grok Imagine Video 1.5 and $5.778 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p. All eleven model and tier prices for the 10 s minimum are below.

A 10-second video on Sume costs between $0.125 (Grok Imagine Video 1.5, image-to-video only) and $5.778 (Seedance 2.5 at 720p, 9:16). Ten seconds matters because Google's Performance Max help page requires video assets of 10 seconds or more (read 2026-10-08). Every model in the table below accepts a 10-second duration.
The 10-second price list
Per-second figures are the provider list rate times the 1.25 Sume margin that the docs describe, as of 2026-10-08. Read capabilities from GET /v1/video-router/models before you bill a batch, because rates and envelopes can change.
| Model and tier | Per second | 10 seconds |
|---|---|---|
| Grok Imagine Video 1.5 (image-to-video, no audio) | $0.0125 | $0.125 |
| MiniMax H3 768p | $0.075 | $0.75 |
| MiniMax H3 Max 768p | $0.10 | $1.00 |
| Wan 3.0 720p | $0.125 | $1.25 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 720p (audio on) | $0.125 | $1.25 |
| Kling 3 Pro, audio off | $0.14 | $1.40 |
| Kling 3 Pro, audio on | $0.21 | $2.10 |
| Seedance 2 Mini 720p | $0.189 | $1.89 |
| Seedance 2 Fast 720p | $0.3024 | $3.024 |
| Seedance 2.0 720p | $0.378 | $3.78 |
| Seedance 2.5 720p | $0.5778 | $5.778 |
Reading the table
Price and envelope differ. Seedance rates depend on pixels, because Sume prices Seedance by tokens (width x height x seconds x 24 / 1024) at a per-1000-token rate. The 720p 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 shapes all use the same 921,600 pixels, which is 21,600 tokens per second.
- Seedance 2.5 at 720p: 21,600 tokens/s x 10 s = 216,000 tokens; at $0.0214 per 1000 and x 1.25, that is $5.778.
- Grok Imagine Video 1.5 needs a source image and offers no audio, no end frame and no aspect_ratio.
- Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 always has native audio and allows 16:9 or 9:16 only.
- Kling 3 audio on costs $0.07 per second more than audio off, so $0.70 over 10 s.
Choosing for a paid test
For a first pass over many concepts, price in a cheap tier and promote winners. Wan 3.0 at 720p ($1.25 per 10 s) and Seedance 2 Mini at 720p ($1.89) sit in the middle; Seedance 2.5 is more than four times Wan. Check the Video Router page for each model's duration range before you send a batch.
How the price is built
Sume bills the provider list rate times 1.25 for every video model, and reserves that estimate when it accepts the job. The same arithmetic therefore works for any duration: multiply the per-second figure by the seconds. The estimate is also what is held in your balance until the job completes, so a 10-second Seedance 2.5 job holds $5.778 until it finishes or fails.
If you are pricing a whole asset group, add them up per orientation. Three orientations at one concept is 30 video seconds, so Wan 3.0 at 720p is $3.75 and Seedance 2.5 is $17.334.
- Check duration support first: Grok Imagine runs 4 to 15 s, Kling 3 runs 4 to 15 s, H3 runs 5 to 15 s, Omni Flash runs 3 to 10 s.
- Prices change when providers change list rates, so re-read the catalog before a large run.
