A neighborhood guide video for a real estate agent is a short run of photos of nearby places, each labelled with one line of text and played over a music bed. In Sume, put your own photos into a Timeline 1.0 render with a silent spine and a soundtrack bed, then burn one caption cue per place with Video captions. Buyers search for the area as much as the house, and a guide made once can sit under every listing nearby. Use photos you took or have the right to use; the render does not check that.

Plan the sequence

Six places at 4 seconds each is 24 seconds, plus a 3-second close. Timeline 1.0 allows 1 to 200 slots and renders $0.10 per output minute rounded up, so this is one billable minute.

Music without a voice-over

Set audio.mode to "silence" and add soundtrack with a hosted url, gain_db, loop and a fade_out_seconds up to 10. The soundtrack bed's duck_db needs a real audio spine, so with a silent spine you set the level with gain_db instead. A track can come from Sume's Music Router or a licensed file you upload.

Caption the places

Run Video captions with cues, one per place, timed to the slot starts. Stay near the middle of the frame, away from the bottom interface zone. Because Timeline 1.0 stills are static holds, motion comes from the cuts and transitions only; if you want movement, animate a photo into a short clip with the video generation API first and put the clip in the slot.

Limits: this does not describe the neighborhood for you, and any distance or school claim in a cue is yours to verify.
