On Sume, minimax-h3-max at 1080p is $0.20 per second and wan-3.0 at 1080p is $0.25. The overlap in valid durations is 5 to 15 seconds (minimax-h3-max accepts 5 to 15, wan-3.0 accepts 2 to 30). Over that range minimax-h3-max is 20% cheaper: $1.00 vs $1.25 at 5 seconds, $2.00 vs $2.50 at 10 seconds and $3.00 vs $3.75 at 15 seconds.

Where the overlap ends

Below 5 seconds only wan-3.0 qualifies, since minimax-h3-max has a 5-second minimum. A 3-second 1080p wan-3.0 clip is $0.75. Above 15 seconds only wan-3.0 qualifies, up to 30 seconds ($7.50 at 1080p).

The same two families also differ at lower tiers: minimax-h3-max is $0.10 per second at 768p and $0.0625 at 480p, and wan-3.0 is $0.125 at 720p and $0.0625 at 480p. The 480p rate is identical across minimax-h3, minimax-h3-max and wan-3.0.
