Meta One lets Advanced add links to reels: burn a CTA, not a URL
Meta One Advanced adds links in organic posts and reels, so the clip itself only needs a short call to action. Burn it with Sume caption cues for $0.20.

If your Instagram account is on Meta One Advanced, the link goes in the reel's own link field, so do not burn a URL into the video. Burn a short call to action such as "Link below" with Sume's cues, which put authored text on a clip without speech recognition, at $0.20 for a clip up to 60 seconds.
Meta's Introducing Meta One post (read 2026-10-06) says the Advanced plan, from $49.99 a month, includes "links in organic posts and reels". Meta says plans are rolling out gradually, so check what your account shows.
Why not put the URL in the picture?
A burned-in URL cannot be tapped, cannot be changed after upload, and is hard to read at phone size. A clickable link lives outside the pixels. The video only has to tell the viewer to look for it. That also keeps one master usable on platforms without link support.
How do I burn a call to action with Sume?
Send POST /v1/video-captions with video_url (a public HTTPS URL to the finished clip) and cues, each with text, start, and end. Cues are authored overlay text, so the job does not need speech and works on a silent clip. Without cues, a silent clip fails with caption_no_speech. See the video captions docs.
Pick a style and a placement. design.placement.anchor_ratio sets the center of the line as a fraction of the frame height, so you can keep the call to action above the lower area where Instagram draws its own interface. Keep the text to one line, since design.phrasing (max_words, max_chars) controls how a line breaks.
What does it cost?
Do the caption job last, after the final cut, because a later trim would shift the cue times.
| Item | Rate | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Caption job with cues | $0.20 per job | Priced for videos up to 60 seconds |
| Timeline render of the clip | $0.10 per started minute | Done before the caption job |
| Meta One Advanced | From $49.99 a month | Bought from Meta, not Sume |
