Meta announced Meta One on September 15, 2026. For creators and businesses it lists four plans: Essential from $14.99 a month, Advanced from $49.99, Expert from $149 and Max from $499. Meta says the plans are available globally.

Prices and features below are from Meta's announcement, read 2026-10-02.

The plans Meta lists

Prices are starting prices per month, as listed.

What matters for Reels

Meta names a few Reels items. Facebook Plus adds more Reels insights and super reactions on Reels and Feed posts. The Advanced plan includes advanced publishing, described as scheduling stories up to 30 days in advance, links in organic posts and reels, and exportable analytics.

Meta also lists more media generation with Meta AI, including generating videos, and an upcoming Edits assistant that helps you analyze Instagram insights. The page does not give video length or resolution limits for the generation.

Where Sume sits next to it

Meta One is a subscription to features inside Meta's apps. Sume is an API and agent product that makes video files: it can generate clips, cut them and assemble them on a timeline. The two do not overlap on scheduling or links in a Reel, because Sume does not publish to Instagram and has no scheduler.

Sume bills from a credit balance for API usage, with subscription plans on its Pricing page and per-job rates on the API pricing page, per the billing docs. Compare costs there, not from this post.

A fair way to choose

A short rule of thumb.

  • Need scheduling, links in Reels and in-app analytics: that is what Meta One's Advanced plan describes.
  • Need files made outside the app, in bulk or by API: that is Sume.
  • Many teams will use both. They solve different steps.
  • Prices can change. Read Meta's page again before you buy.
