A 4-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 1080p costs 4,400 credits on Magnific, which is $2.90 to $4.40 depending on which plan the credits came from. The same 4 seconds at 1080p on Sume is $5.69. At 720p Magnific lists 1,760 credits ($1.16 to $1.76) and Sume bills $2.31.

Magnific's own plan credits come out cheaper per clip on most plans; Sume's price is the model's list rate times 1.25, billed from a USD wallet with an API, which a Magnific plan page does not describe. Magnific figures are from Magnific pricing, read 2026-10-06. Sume figures are from the Video Router docs and the API rate card.

How many dollars is a Magnific credit?

Magnific lists credits per year and says credits are valid for one year with no monthly resets, so a dollar-per-credit figure is derived: 12 months of the plan price divided by the yearly credits. That gives $1.00 per 1,000 credits on Premium paid monthly, $0.725 on Premium billed annually, and $0.66 on Pro Starter billed annually. Treat the result as a range, not a quote.

What does one 4-second Seedance 2.5 clip cost?

Magnific states each line per 4 seconds, so the table compares one clip. Sume's 4 seconds is the model's minimum, 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p and 1080p.

Magnific credits from its pricing page, read 2026-10-06; dollar columns derived at $1.00, $0.725 and $0.66 per 1,000 credits. Sume rates from the price book, list x 1.25.

What the comparison leaves out

The Magnific resolution labels (Draft 480p, 720p, 1080p) are its own, and the page does not say whether its 480p draft uses the same pixel size Sume bills at 480p. Sume prices Seedance by video tokens, so the cost scales with width, height and seconds, not with a flat clip price.

Whether Magnific suits you depends on the app and plan you want. Whether Sume does depends on the API, the wallet and the Pro plan at $40 a month, which is where video generation starts on Sume's pricing page. The plan fee is not in the table above.

  • Magnific credits are valid for one year with no monthly resets, per its page.
  • Sume bills each job at the model's published rate, with no credit conversion.
  • Re-check both pages before you budget; each changes without notice.
