Kling v3 Turbo Pro at $0.14 a second vs v3 Pro and Sume's kling-3
fal lists Kling v3 Turbo Pro at $0.14 a second and v3 Pro at $0.112 audio off, $0.168 on. What that means for 5 seconds, and the Kling id Sume lists.

fal prices Kling Video v3 Turbo Pro at $0.14 per second (a 5-second clip is $0.70) and Kling Video v3 Pro at $0.112 per second with audio off, $0.168 with audio on and $0.196 with voice control. Sume lists a single Kling text-and-image-to-video id, kling-3, and does not list Turbo Pro as a separate id. Use the table below to decide whether the cheaper-looking Turbo price matters for your clips.
Prices are from fal's Turbo Pro and v3 Pro pages, read 2026-10-01. The Sume side is from the Video Generation and Video Router docs.
How do the two fal prices compare?
The Turbo Pro page describes 1080p output and improved lip sync and multishot generation compared with earlier versions, and it does not say whether audio changes the price. So the $0.14 figure is a single number for a clip whose audio setting the page does not state. The v3 Pro page, by contrast, prices audio explicitly.
| Model on fal | Per second | 5-second clip |
|---|---|---|
| Kling Video v3 Turbo Pro | $0.14 | $0.70 |
| Kling Video v3 Pro, audio off | $0.112 | $0.56 |
| Kling Video v3 Pro, audio on | $0.168 | $0.84 |
| Kling Video v3 Pro, voice control | $0.196 | $0.98 |
What does Sume list for Kling?
One id, kling-3. Sume rejects reference_*_urls on it, and the Video Generation docs say every catalog model not named as an exception tops out at 15 seconds. The repository's pricing table cites fal's Kling v3 Pro list ($0.112 audio off, $0.168 audio on) as the source for the rate, then Sume bills list times 1.25. That makes a 5-second clip $0.70 with audio off and $1.05 with audio on on Sume, versus $0.70 for Turbo Pro direct on fal.
That coincidence is arithmetic only. The two models are different products, and the Turbo Pro price comes with no audio statement.
What should you do?
If you are calling fal directly, Turbo Pro at $0.14 sits between v3 Pro audio off ($0.112) and audio on ($0.168), but the Turbo page does not say whether audio is included, so test a clip before comparing. If you want Kling inside a single API with other vendors, read kling-3 from GET /v1/videos/models and use its supported_durations and pricing_skus rather than the numbers here.
Limits: I did not find a duration or aspect ratio table on either fal page, so nothing is claimed about them. Check generate_audio in GET /v1/videos/models for what kling-3 supports.
