A single 30-second AI video costs $1.88 on Sume with Wan 3.0 at 480p, $3.75 at 720p and $7.50 at 1080p. Seedance 2.5 costs $8.07, $17.34 and $42.65 at the same tiers. Only these two text-to-video models take 30 seconds in one request.

One request versus stitched clips

Seedance 2.5 accepts 4 to 30 seconds and Wan 3.0 accepts 2 to 30, per the Video Router table. Every other text-to-video row stops at 15 seconds or less (Omni Flash at 10), so a 30-second video from those means two or three jobs and an edit step.

What the number includes

The figure is the generation only: provider list x 1.25, rounded up to a cent. It does not include voiceover, captions or a final timeline render. The workspace balance must cover the whole reservation when you submit, or the API answers 402 insufficient_credits before any provider work starts (generation admission).

Wan 3.0 prices flat per second ($0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 list, fal page read in the repo on 2026-08-24), so its cost is linear in length. Seedance charges per video token, so its price is linear in length too, but scales with frame size.

Quick answer by use

For a rough storyboard pass, 30 seconds of Wan 3.0 at 480p is the cheapest single-job route. For a delivery-grade 30-second clip, compare Wan 3.0 at 1080p ($7.50) with Seedance 2.5 at 720p ($17.34) before you pick.
