A 15-second home-anniversary video for past clients from one avatar
Send past buyers a short personal video each year. One $0.95 avatar and a 15-second script cost $2.76 on standard or $3.68 on plus per video.
A 15-second anniversary video for a past home buyer costs $2.76 on Sume's standard tier and $3.68 on plus, after a one-time $0.95 to create the avatar. That is the cost of a stamp, and it stays in a client's mind longer.
The idea is a yearly touch: an agent or broker says, in the first person, that it has been a year since closing, and offers a check-in on value or a referral. The avatar video guide covers the settings: 4 to 60 seconds, 720p, and a default 9:16 ratio.
Costs for a mailing list
| Clients | Standard at $2.76 | Plus at $3.675 |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $27.60 | $36.75 |
| 50 | $138.00 | $183.75 |
| 100 | $276.00 | $367.50 |
Keep it generic enough to send
Each video is a separate job with its own script, so you can name the client and the year in each one. Keep the script to about 35 words: a greeting, the anniversary, one line of value and a close. Do not state a home value; if you want a figure, say it in the message that carries the link.
Check local rules on synthetic media and on how a message from an agent must be labeled before you send them. Say in the text of the message that the video was made with AI.
