Sume bills provider list times 1.25 per output second. Google's Veo 3.1 Fast figures are from its Gemini API pricing page, read 2026-10-03: $0.10 at 720p, $0.12 at 1080p and $0.30 at 4K.

Reading the gaps
At 720p and 4K, Sume is exactly 25 percent above Veo 3.1 Fast, which would be the multiplier alone. At 1080p the gap is wider, 56 percent, because Omni Flash's 1080p list ($0.15) is higher relative to Veo Fast's $0.12.
The two models are not the same product, so price is not the only axis. Omni Flash has audio always on and clips of 3 to 10 seconds. If you need silence, or longer clips, it is not the model. If you need a very cheap first look, Omni Flash at 360p is $0.0375 per second, or $0.375 for a 10-second clip.
