Format run output_extraction_failed: it stays completed, read again
output_extraction_failed is a transport failure, not a verdict. The run stays completed and Sume projects the output again on your next read of the receipt.

output_extraction_failed means Sume could not run the structured-output projection, usually because it could not read the run's media while the run finalized. It is not a verdict on your schema. status stays completed, and Sume projects the output again automatically on your next read. So read the receipt again before you retry the run (Structured output).
How it differs from a schema failure
Treat the error set as open. New codes can appear, so branch on the ones you handle and keep a default path.
| output_error.code | Run status | What to do |
|---|---|---|
output_extraction_failed | completed | Read the receipt again. A reason of harvest_unavailable fills in on the next read. |
output_schema_unsatisfied | failed | The result did not fit your schema, or named media the run did not make. |
primary_output_missing | failed | The key you named has no value. |
A read-again loop
Run the same call after a few seconds. If output is present, you are done and you paid for no extra run. Retry the Format only when the code is a verdict.
