Format run unattended_blocked: assembled_deliverable is false
unattended_blocked means the run stopped instead of claiming a deliverable it did not make. The harvested media are intermediates, not the cut.

When a Format run ends with output_error.code: "unattended_blocked", the run stopped and did not claim a deliverable it never produced. details.assembled_deliverable is false, and details.harvested counts the media by type. Those media are intermediates, not the completed cut, so do not publish them as the result (Structured output).
Read the receipt
The cause is usually that an unattended run reached a step that needs a person, such as an approval. Sume stops there rather than invent a result.
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
output_error.message | The reason, in the words of the run. |
details.harvested | A count of media by type that the run did make. |
details.assembled_deliverable | false: no finished deliverable exists. |
What to do next
If you want to fail fast instead, put the choice in the Format's instructions so no step needs a person.
- Read
messageand decide if your input or instruction left a decision open. - Answer it in a continuation:
previous_run_idplus an instruction that names the decision. - Reuse the harvested media in the continuation. They are on the thread and do not need to be made again.
- Send a new
Idempotency-Keyand a spend cap with the continuation.

A Format run sends one format.run.terminal webhook per agent turn, however many clips it made. A continued run is new and sends its own.

Sume bulk queues have no queue-level webhook. Put a webhook_url on each item and count terminal events to know a season is finished.

A $ref to a nested $defs, an external URL or a missing name fails with unsupported_ref in a Sume output_schema. Move $defs to the root and fix the pointer.
