Where the money goes
Only winners need a higher tier. Test hooks at 480p ($12.50 a month on Wan), then re-render the one or two that win at 720p or 1080p. Three winners redone at 1080p on Wan add $7.50.
Omni Flash and Wan tie at 720p. Omni Flash caps at 10 seconds, which fits a hook exactly.
