Faire product video: three clips, 2 GB, 1080p
Faire's video rules: 1920x1080 or larger, up to 2 GB, up to three videos. How to batch 16:9 product clips on Sume and check each file.

Faire's support article on shop videos lists 1920 by 1080 or larger, up to 2 GB, MP4, MOV, WMV or AVI, and up to three videos per listing. On Sume you can make three 16:9 clips at 1080p with POST /v1/videos, one job each with its own idempotency key, then check each file before upload.
The reported rules
Confirm these on Faire's support page before you upload; the page can change.
| Item | Reported |
|---|---|
| Resolution | 1920x1080 or larger recommended |
| File size | Up to 2 GB |
| Formats | MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI |
| Count | Up to 3 videos |
Three clips, three jobs
Plan the three clips as different angles: a product in use, a detail close-up and a packed or in-situ shot. Each is one job at aspect_ratio: "16:9" and resolution: "1080p". Models such as seedance-2 and seedance-2.5 list 1080p, and each model's supported_resolutions in GET /v1/videos/models is the check. Give every job its own Idempotency-Key, so a retry returns the same job.
for n in 1 2 3; do
curl -s -X POST https://api.sume.com/v1/videos \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "Idempotency-Key: listing-42-clip-$n" \
-d "{\"model\": \"seedance-2\", \"prompt\": \"Product clip $n, widescreen, natural light\", \"aspect_ratio\": \"16:9\", \"resolution\": \"1080p\", \"duration\": 8}"
doneCheck each file
Run Video inspect on each result with frames: false for the probe facts, and compare them with Faire's current requirements. The 2 GB ceiling is unlikely to matter for short clips, but the docs here do not state the output's bitrate, so measure it rather than assume. The container is MP4 for Sume results, which is on the Faire list as summarized.
A caution
Wholesale buyers use video to judge a product. A generated clip that changes the product's shape or color hurts you. Review each clip against the real item and keep real photos in the listing.
