Adobe forecasts $47.5 billion in U.S. online sales for Cyber Week, 17.3% of the season's total, with Black Friday at $12.9 billion and Cyber Monday at $15.1 billion. Seven days carrying about a sixth of the season is a reason to have every clip finished before they start. Here is a schedule you can build with Sume's video endpoints, from one clean master per product to a caption variant per day.

The seven-day plan

Cyber Week in Adobe's forecast is the stretch around Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday on November 30. The plan below assumes your offer changes by day, which is your decision, not Adobe's.

Cyber Monday$15.1BVariant 4: final offer

Build everything before the week

Make the masters in October. The bulk runs endpoint takes up to 100 items per request, and every run can carry a spend cap, so a full catalog is a handful of requests. Then run caption jobs for each day's text: $0.20 per job for clips up to 60 seconds per the docs.

Test one finished file in each destination before the week. A file the marketplace rejects at 11 p.m. on Black Friday is a bad surprise.

  • Name each variant by product and day, and keep the job id next to it.
  • Keep clean masters, since burned-in text cannot be edited afterwards.
  • Trim a 6-second cut for placements with short limits at $0.02 per job.

Limits

The weekend row has no Adobe figure in the release, so the table says so. A forecast is not a guarantee, and Sume does not schedule or publish anything to a marketplace. You upload the finished MP4 yourself or through your own tooling.
