Captioning and assembling 20 thirty-second ads on Sume adds $6.00 to the generation bill: $4.00 for 20 standalone caption jobs at $0.20 each and $2.00 for 20 Timeline renders at $0.10 per output minute, each rounded up to one minute. Both rates are in Sume's docs.

The video captions docs say each accepted standalone caption job reserves and captures $0.20 for videos up to 60 seconds under the current fixed estimate. The Timeline docs give $0.10 per ceil of output minute with no provider inference; both say to confirm live pricing in the catalog.

Totals

A timeline's reserve is ceil(audio duration in seconds / 60) minutes, so a 30 second output is billed as 1 minute and a 61 second output as 2.

Against the generation line

Generation still dominates. If each ad is three 10 second H3 Max clips at 768p ($1.00 each), generation is $3.00 per ad and $60.00 for 20, so captions and assembly add 10% at $6.00 on a $66.00 total.

Inline captions on Avatar videos are a separate add-on on the avatar-video estimate and do not create a standalone caption job, so don't add both for the same video.
