Colossyan Professional $59: cost per minute of NEO and NEO2 video
Colossyan Professional lists $59 a month for 30 NEO minutes and 10 NEO2 minutes: $1.97 per NEO minute, or $1.48 per minute if you use every minute of both.

Colossyan's Professional plan is listed at $59 a month with 30 minutes on its NEO avatars and 10 on NEO2, so a NEO minute costs $1.97 if you spend only NEO minutes and the blended price is $1.475 a minute if you use all 40. Figures from the Colossyan pricing page, read 2026-10-03.
The page splits video allowance by avatar generation, so the price per minute depends on which one you use. NEO2 is the scarce one: Professional gets 10 minutes of it, Starter gets half a minute, and Enterprise is unlimited.
The plan grid
Colossyan lists three tiers. Starter is shown as free or $27 a month, with 20 NEO minutes and 0.5 NEO2 minutes. Professional is $59 a month. Enterprise is custom with unlimited minutes. The page also gives Professional 5 SCORM exports a month and 360 API minutes a year, and says annual Professional subscriptions receive all of the year's minutes on purchase.
| Plan | Price | NEO min/mo | NEO2 min/mo | API access |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free or $27/mo | 20 | 0.5 | None |
| Professional | $59/mo | 30 | 10 | 360 min/year |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited | Unlimited | Custom |
The arithmetic
At $59 for 40 minutes the blended rate is $1.4750 a minute. If you want only NEO2, the page does not say a separate price, so the only honest bound is the plan price over 10 minutes, which is $5.90. Treat that as a ceiling you would only hit by not touching NEO.
The API line is 360 minutes a year, or 30 a month on average. Dividing $59 by 12 months of API minutes is not meaningful because the API minutes and the editor minutes are separate pools on the grid; do not add them.
Against per-second avatar billing
Sume Avatar Video 1.0 bills per second: $0.184 at Standard, $0.245 at Plus and $0.55 at Max. A full minute is $11.04, $14.70 and $33.00, and each job runs 4 to 60 seconds. Thirty minutes of Standard avatar at that rate is $331.20, so Colossyan's printed NEO minute looks much cheaper on paper. The two numbers measure different things: Colossyan's is a fixed allowance inside an editor plan, Sume's is a wallet charge per API job with no seat.
A fair comparison is whether you will use the whole allowance. At 5 minutes of avatar video a month, Colossyan Professional costs $11.80 a minute and Sume Standard still costs $11.04.
What to check
Both sides advertise minutes. Only one of them bills by the second.
- The difference in quality between NEO and NEO2, which the page does not price.
- Whether SCORM exports count against minutes.
- The annual price per month, which the page lists in a form that is hard to read for Professional.
