Call center roleplay training: customer persona clips with avatars
Record angry or confused customer prompts for agent practice with Sume avatars: one avatar per video, 10-second scripts, cost of a 24-clip scenario bank.
For agent roleplay practice, render customer prompts as short avatar clips: each is a customer persona speaking one line, and the trainee answers aloud. On Sume a 10-second prompt costs $1.84 on standard, $2.45 on plus and $5.50 on max; a bank of 24 prompts costs $44.16, $58.80 or $132.00. The clips are recorded, so the persona cannot react to the trainee: for live branching you need a live avatar, which Sume does not ship.
One avatar per video, several personas
Sume's current execution supports one resolved avatar per final video. Make a separate avatar handle for each persona (for example angry_customer, confused_customer) with the avatar creation route, then reference the handle in each request. Avatar creation is a one-time $0.95 per avatar.
Cost of a scenario bank
