Bakery Thanksgiving pie pre-order graphics: 8 pies and a banner, $0.68
Eight pie photos cut out, placed on an autumn backdrop, plus an order banner with exact text cost $0.68 on Sume before the Thanksgiving cutoff.

A bakery can prepare a Thanksgiving pre-order sheet for $0.68 on Sume: eight pie photos with the background removed ($0.18), the same eight on an autumn table backdrop ($0.35), and an order banner with two attempts at exact wording ($0.15). Prices are per image (read 2026-10-03).
Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26, 2026. If your cutoff is the Thursday before, November 19, you have 16 days from today, and the graphics are the quick part. Setting the quantity limit and the pickup windows is the real work, so put those in the banner text before you generate anything.
The three image jobs
Cutouts: Remove Background is $0.0225 per image. A transparent PNG of each pie lets you drop it onto a printed menu or a story template in your own design tool, at any size, without re-shooting.
Backdrops: send each real pie photo as the reference image to Seedream 5.0 Lite at $0.04375 per edit, and ask for a wooden table, warm window light and a few autumn leaves. Say that the pie itself, its crust pattern and its size must not change. Set aspect_ratio to the photo's own ratio so nothing is cropped. Check each output against the real pie: an edit that adds a lattice you do not bake is a misleading picture.
Banner: Ideogram 4.5 at the medium quality is $0.075 per image and handles quoted text well. Write the exact line in quotes, for example "Pre-order pies by Nov 19", keep it short, and read every result for spelling, because text errors are the usual failure. Allow a second attempt.
| Piece | Model | Images | Rate | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pie cutouts | Remove Background | 8 | $0.0225 | $0.18 |
| Autumn backdrop edits | Seedream 5.0 Lite | 8 | $0.04375 | $0.35 |
| Order banner, two attempts | Ideogram 4.5 medium | 2 | $0.075 | $0.15 |
| Total | 18 | $0.68 |
Rules for food pictures
Keep one honest photo per product on the order page, and use the styled versions for atmosphere. Do not alter portion size, toppings or allergens in an image, and keep ingredient and allergen information as real text near the order button, never inside a generated image.
If you want motion later, the weekly bakery clip plan animates photos from a first frame. For this campaign the stills do the job, and the whole set stays under a dollar even if you retake every pie twice.
Budget and checks before you start
Work out the quantity limits first, then the graphics. If you can bake 60 pies, the banner should say pre-orders close when they are gone, and the pickup windows should appear as real text on your order page. Run one pie through the cutout and backdrop steps alone and compare the three images side by side before queueing the remaining seven.
If you sell more than eight items, the same arithmetic scales: each extra product is $0.0225 for the cutout and $0.04375 for the backdrop, or $0.06625 per item (read 2026-10-03). Keep the originals in one folder named by date, so you can show a customer or an inspector the real product photo any time.
