Seasonal sale pack: twelve 6-second Wan 3.0 clips for $9.00 at 720p
Twelve 6-second promo clips on Sume's wan-3.0 cost $4.56 at 480p, $9.00 at 720p and $18.00 at 1080p. How to split draft and final passes.

Twelve 6-second promo clips on wan-3.0 cost $4.56 at 480p, $9.00 at 720p and $18.00 at 1080p on Sume. That is $0.38, $0.75 and $1.50 per clip. A small shop can cover a whole seasonal sale, one clip per product group, for under ten dollars at 720p.
The cost to watch is not the clip price but the number of takes you throw away.
The pack at three tiers
Sume bills Wan 3.0 at the provider list of $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 per second times 1.25, rounded up to the cent per job (video router docs).
| Resolution | One clip | Twelve clips | Twelve clips plus one redo each |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | $0.38 | $4.56 | $9.12 |
| 720p | $0.75 | $9.00 | $18.00 |
| 1080p | $1.50 | $18.00 | $36.00 |
Draft cheap, finish once
Generate all twelve at 480p first ($4.56) and pick the ones worth finishing. If you finish five of them at 720p ($3.75), the pack costs $8.31 and you have seen every concept. That is cheaper than twelve at 720p with a few re-runs.
- Pass 1: twelve drafts at 480p.
- Pass 2: re-run the best five or six at 720p with the same prompt and first-frame image.
- Skip 1080p unless a clip will be shown on a large screen.
Each clip gets its own photo
Send a product-group photo as the first frame of each job through frame_images (video generation docs). The prompt then only needs the motion and the mood. Put the price, the dates and the discount in text over the video, never in the prompt.
Tracking spend
The poll response carries the billed amount in usage.cost. Log it per job and sum at the end of the campaign. If your balance is lower than the reserve for a job, the API returns 402 insufficient_credits, so check the balance against the batch total before you launch.
Practical notes
If you plan several seasonal packs a year, the draft and finish habit saves more than any single prompt trick. Over four packs, the difference between always finishing all twelve at 720p ($36) and drafting at 480p then finishing five ($33.24) is small, but the quality of what you publish is higher because you chose it.
Keep prompts and first-frame images in one folder per campaign. When next season arrives, you can re-run the whole pack with new copy and no new design work.
