Four 15-second Kling 3 clips with sound cost $12.60 on Sume, and six 10-second Gemini Omni Flash clips at 720p cost $7.50. Both fill 60 seconds, and each needs a $0.10 Timeline render to join. Omni is $5.10 cheaper; Kling needs 4 jobs and Omni needs 6.

The clip counts

Kling 3 runs up to 15 seconds in a clip, so 60 seconds is four jobs. Omni runs 3 to 10 seconds, so 60 seconds is six. Fewer joins means fewer cut points to hide.

Kling 3 is $0.21 a second with sound and $0.14 silent. Omni 720p is $0.125, and its sound is always on.

Shorts length

YouTube lets a square or vertical video of up to three minutes be a Short, per its help page, so 60 seconds leaves room. Use 9:16 on both models.

If you plan to lay a voice-over over the cuts, the silent Kling rate is closer to Omni at $8.50 for the full 60 seconds.

What to check

Do not assume the two models look alike. Run one clip of each with the same prompt before you order six. Rates are the Sume card on 2026-10-07; the live values are in GET /v1/videos/models.
