A $47.50 wallet buys 1,919 images from GPT Image 2.5 at low quality, 1,900 from Grok Image, 475 from Nano Banana 2.1 at 1K, and 213 from GPT Image 2.5 at high quality 4K. The number you keep is the wallet divided by the per-image row, rounded down.

Count per model

Sume bills image models per image. The rows below are Sume's catalog prices as of 2026-10-09. The count is floor(47.50 / price), so leftovers under one image are not counted.

Reading the table

The spread from the first row to the last is about nine times (1,919 against 213). Within one model the resolution tier matters just as much: Nano Banana 2.1 goes from 475 images at 1K to 237 at 4K because the row doubles from $0.10 to $0.20.

A wallet is also a reservation pool. Sume reserves the estimated amount when a job is submitted and captures it on completion, then refunds failed or cancelled jobs. If you queue many jobs at once, keep headroom above the sum of your submitted jobs, because the reserved amount is held until the job finishes.

Picking from the table

Use the cheap rows for drafts and prompt tests, then spend the expensive rows only on frames you intend to ship. A workable split for $47.50 is 1,000 low-quality GPT Image 2.5 drafts (1,000 x $0.02475 = $24.75) and 100 Nano Banana 2.1 2K finals (100 x $0.15 = $15.00), which totals $39.75 and leaves $7.75.

Prices change; call GET /v1/images/models for the live per-endpoint pricing lines before you commit a large run, since those lines are what the wallet is charged.

Why these rows and not others

The table lists ten of the rows rather than every catalog model. It leaves out older and retiring entries and the models whose price depends on more than one setting. GPT Image 2.5 is tiered by quality and size: the row shown for low is a 1K image, and high is a 4K image, so do not compare it with a Nano Banana row at a different tier without adjusting.

If you want the number for a model that is not in the table, divide $47.50 by its cost_usd line from the per-endpoint pricing array.
