402 or 429: which gate stops a 100-ad batch first on Sume?
A 100-ad batch hits 429 queue_full when the plan's accepted capacity runs out and 402 when the balance does. Which comes first depends on job price.

Which error stops a burst first depends on the job price and the balance. Compare the balance divided by the job price with the plan's accepted capacity: if the balance buys fewer jobs than the plan accepts, you see 402 first; if the plan accepts fewer, you see 429 queue_full first. Both are documented in the generation admission page.
Worked table: a 10-second 720p Seedance 2.5 ad
One such job is $5.78 on Sume. The table shows how many jobs a given balance reserves against the Pro accepted capacity of 24 jobs.
| Balance | Jobs it buys | First gate on a 100-job burst |
|---|---|---|
| $50.00 | 8 | 402 insufficient_credits |
| $100.00 | 17 | 402 insufficient_credits |
| $132.94 | 23 | 402 insufficient_credits |
| $200.00 | 34 | 429 queue_full |
| $500.00 | 86 | 429 queue_full |
What the order tells you
With a small balance you hit 402 and a top-up fixes it. With a large balance on a small plan you hit 429, and only waiting or a bigger plan fixes it. Handle them differently in code: back off and retry on 429, stop and alert on 402.
Credits do not raise concurrency: the docs say processing concurrency is plan-only.
