A 30-second ad made of three 10-second Omni clips and one Lyria 3.5 track costs about $3.08 on Google's list prices: 30 seconds at about $0.10 plus $0.08 for the song. On Sume the same pieces cost $3.75 for video, a fixed $0.125 for music and $0.10 for a Timeline render, $3.975 in total. Google's pages I read give no assembly tool, so add your own editing time to its figure.

Line by line

Google prices come from its pricing page: about $0.10 per second of 720p Omni video and $0.08 per song for Lyria 3.5. Sume prices come from the Video Router (list times 1.25), the Music Router (a fixed $0.125 per generation) and Timeline 1.0 ($0.10 per output minute).

Where the Sume gap comes from

The $0.895 gap is $0.75 of house margin on video, $0.045 on music, and the $0.10 render that Google does not list. It buys one job path with balance reservation, a queue and the soundtrack ducking in the render: Timeline's soundtrack field takes gain_db, loop and duck_db from 0 to 20 under a real audio spine.

One caution: the Music Router rejects a duration field and a negative_prompt, so you trim the bed in the Timeline, not in the music request.

How retakes change it

A ten-second retake costs $1.25 on Sume and about $1.00 on Google, so a 30-second ad with one retake per clip costs $7.50 of video on Sume. Plan for two takes per shot. Use a 360p proof (about $0.375 per ten seconds on Sume) to pick the prompt, then pay for 720p once.
