Twelve seconds of Kling 3.0 Motion Control costs $1.89 on Sume. A plain 12-second clip costs $1.50 on Wan 3.0 at 720p and $6.9336 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p. Motion Control is a different job from text-to-video, so the table prices the choice, not a like-for-like swap.

Prices for 12 seconds

Sume lists Kling 3.0 Motion Control at $0.1575 per output second for 1 to 30 seconds. Kling 4.0 is not in Sume's catalog, so this page is about 3.0 only.

What control means here

Motion Control takes a reference of how something should move and applies it. A prompt-only model leaves the motion to chance, which usually costs rerolls. If a prompt-only model needs three takes to land the move you wanted, Wan 3.0 at 720p costs $4.50, already above one Motion Control run at $1.89. With Seedance 2.5 the three-take figure is $20.8008.

That break-even is the whole argument: pay a little more per second to need fewer takes. Whether your own shots need three takes is a number only your tests can give.

Sume's video catalog can also list higgsfield-genjutsu, a motion-transfer model that takes one source video plus 1 to 8 reference images at 480p or 720p, 4 to 30 seconds, when its provider is configured. This page does not price it; ask GET /v1/videos/models whether it is in your catalog and what it costs.

For Kling's own terms read the vendor's pages; Sume's side is in the catalog and the Video generation docs.

  • Reference motion available: Kling 3.0 Motion Control.
  • Open-ended prompt, cheap drafts: Wan 3.0.
  • Count takes, not seconds, when comparing.

Reproduce the numbers

Every Sume price on this page comes from the public catalog at https://api.sume.com/v1/catalog, which needs no API key. Fetch it, find the row for the job or model named in the table, and multiply by your own seconds, characters or image count. Sume bills the list price shown in that row, so the catalog figure is the one that applies to your balance.

All figures on this page are Sume's own, as of 2026-10-09. Prices and limits can change, so re-read the catalog and the linked docs before a large run, and keep the arithmetic in a spreadsheet so you can update it in a minute.
