Twelve 45-second Shorts a month: what each Sume video model costs

A channel that posts three Shorts a week is about twelve a month. At 45 seconds each, with every second generated fresh in 9:16, the monthly generation-plus-join bill on Sume runs from $41.70 (MiniMax H3, 768p) and $68.70 (Wan 3.0 or Omni Flash, 720p) to $313.21 (Seedance 2.5, 720p). Each Short includes one $0.10 Timeline render minute.

Shorts accept up to 3 minutes and 1080p (YouTube Help, read 2026-10-09), so a 45-second video is a quarter of the length limit.

What the table leaves out

• Voice-over and music are extra: music is a flat $0.125 per generation on Sume.
• Seedance 2.5 is token-priced, so its rate depends on resolution and aspect; 0.5778 is the 9:16 720p value.
• H3 Max's 1080p is a refinement from native 768p; H3's native cap is 768p.
• Timeline needs an Idempotency-Key on every render; use one key per Short so a retry does not fork the job.
