Q4 AI asset budget: an October ramp, November peak and December tail
A three-month plan with a November peak: images, voiceovers and 5-second clips cost about $49.79 for the quarter on Sume. The month-by-month table.
Seasonal volume is lumpy, so a flat monthly budget either starves November or wastes October. This table sets a Q4 plan with a ramp, a peak and a tail, using Ideogram 4.5 medium images, 450-character voiceovers on Sonic 3.6 and 5-second Grok Imagine Video 1.5 clips.
Sume prices every job at the vendor list price × 1.25, then adds a 5.5% fee on that result, so $1.00 of list becomes $1.31875 (how the formula works). The tables below show both the catalog price (list × 1.25) and the all-in figure with the fee.
Month by month
| Month | Images | Voiceovers | 5 s clips | All-in |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| October | 60 | 20 | 30 | $7.18 |
| November | 240 | 60 | 120 | $28.26 |
| December | 120 | 40 | 60 | $14.35 |
| Quarter | $49.79 |
Funding the peak
November is $28.26 of the $49.79, so size the balance for the peak month rather than the average of $16.60. Keep a retry allowance of one extra take in three on the clip line, which adds $3.96 in November.
