H3 Max Recast vs Higgsfield Genjutsu: 10-second cost on Sume
H3 Max Recast is $3.75 (768p) or $5.625 (1080p) for a 10 second source; Higgsfield Genjutsu motion transfer is $3.975 (480p) or $8.5125 (720p).

For a 10 second source clip, Sume's h3-max-recast costs $3.75 at 768p and $5.625 at 1080p, while higgsfield-genjutsu costs $3.975 at 480p and $8.5125 at 720p. They solve different problems, so the price gap is only part of the choice.
Per the Video Router docs, Recast swaps the people in a source video_url for one to four reference photos at 768p or 1080p and accepts 5 to 30 seconds. Genjutsu is Motion Transfer, taking a video_url plus one to eight reference images at 480p or 720p for 4 to 30 seconds, and is listed only when its provider is configured.
Per second and per clip
Sume figures are provider list times 1.25: Recast lists at $0.30 and $0.45 per second, Genjutsu at $0.318 and $0.681.
| Model | Resolution | Per second | 10 seconds |
|---|---|---|---|
| h3-max-recast | 768p | $0.375 | $3.75 |
| h3-max-recast | 1080p | $0.5625 | $5.625 |
| higgsfield-genjutsu | 480p | $0.3975 | $3.975 |
| higgsfield-genjutsu | 720p | $0.85125 | $8.5125 |
A 30 second source
At the 30 second maximum, Recast is 30 x $0.375 = $11.25 at 768p and $16.875 at 1080p; Genjutsu is 30 x $0.3975 = $11.925 at 480p and $25.5375 at 720p.
For ten 10 second sources, Recast at 768p costs $37.50 and Genjutsu at 720p costs $85.13, so the 720p Genjutsu route costs about 2.3 times as much per second of output. Check whether Genjutsu is available in your workspace before planning around it.
