Yearly budget for 10 ten-second AI videos a week, ten models
Ten 10-second videos a week cost $1.30 a week on Grok Imagine and $57.80 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p on Sume. Per-clip, weekly and 52-week totals by model.

Ten 10-second videos a week range from $1.30 a week on Grok Imagine to $57.80 a week on Seedance 2.5 at 720p on Sume. Over 52 weeks that is $68 against $3,006. The model you pick is the biggest line in a video budget.
The ladder
Sume bills provider list price times 1.25 and rounds each job up to the cent. Seedance is token-priced, shown at 16:9 720p. These are generation costs only, with no retakes, voice or captions.
| Model | One 10 s clip | Per week | 52 weeks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grok Imagine video | $0.13 | $1.30 | $68 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 360p | $0.38 | $3.80 | $198 |
| Wan 3.0 480p | $0.63 | $6.30 | $328 |
| MiniMax H3 768p | $0.75 | $7.50 | $390 |
| MiniMax H3 Max 768p | $1.00 | $10.00 | $520 |
| Wan 3.0 720p | $1.25 | $12.50 | $650 |
| Kling 3 Pro, audio off | $1.40 | $14.00 | $728 |
| Kling 3 Pro, audio on | $2.10 | $21.00 | $1,092 |
| Seedance 2 720p | $3.78 | $37.80 | $1,966 |
| Seedance 2.5 720p | $5.78 | $57.80 | $3,006 |
Reading it
The mid-range is where most of the decisions are. Wan 3.0 and Gemini Omni Flash at 720p sit at $1.25 a clip, so a year is $650. Kling 3 Pro with audio is $1,092, and what you are paying for is native sound, which can replace a separate voice and music step for some ads.
Do not read the bottom of the table as a recommendation. A cheaper model that needs two retakes per keeper costs more than a dearer one that needs none, and only your own footage can tell you the retake rate.
Which plan fits
Wan at 720p is about $50 over four weeks, which is cheapest on Pro. Seedance 2.5 at $231 over four weeks is cheapest on Scale ($400 with $800 included). See the break-even post and, for 720p to 1080p, what resolution adds.
These totals ignore plan fees on purpose, to isolate the model's cost. Plan fees and included usage are in the plan catalog: usage up to the allowance is covered by the fee, so for a low-cost model on Pro, the fee itself is the floor. At 10 clips a week on Grok Imagine, usage is far below Pro's $40 a month, which means the fee, not the clips, is the bill.
