Vizard Free exports 720p up to 10 minutes: Sume trim limits compared

Vizard Free caps exports at 720p and 10 minutes. Sume's video trim takes a source up to 1,800 seconds and outputs up to 900 seconds, for $0.02 per job.

Vizard's pricing page says Free exports are 720p and capped at 10 minutes. Sume's POST /v1/video-trim accepts a source up to 1,800 seconds, returns at most 900 seconds, and costs $0.02 per job, so a 10-minute cap is not a Sume constraint.

The two limits side by side

Vizard's cap applies to what you can export on the Free plan. Sume's limits apply to one trim request, whatever the plan, and the price is per job rather than per minute.

Trimming a long recording on Sume

The source URL has to be on media.sume.com. precision is exact or keyframe: exact re-encodes to cut on the frame you asked for, keyframe is faster and snaps to a nearby keyframe.

A recording longer than 1,800 seconds needs splitting upstream before you trim. For an hour-long podcast, cut it into segments first, then trim each segment to its highlight.

Which to pick

If you need automatic highlight selection and a hosted editor, Vizard's plans are built for that. If you already know the in and out points, or your own code chooses them from a transcript, a $0.02 trim per clip is a cheap deterministic step you can run inside a script.
