Support answer video with an avatar: 25 seconds with a product shot

A 25-second video where an avatar answers a support question costs $4.60 on standard, $6.125 on plus and $13.75 on max without a product image. If you pass a product_image, the rate rises slightly, for example to $6.45 on plus.

The rate card distinguishes only product and no-product. A scene prompt or photo does not have its own rate. Avatar rates are Sume's charged per-second tier rates from the repo rate card (standard $0.184, plus $0.245, max $0.55 without a product image); confirm them in GET /v1/catalog.

Limits and gotchas

• product_image must be a fetchable public HTTPS image; signed or private URLs are refused.
• The video is 4 to 60 seconds by estimate; one final video uses one avatar.
• A screenshot as a product image is a reference, not an exact capture: check the finished frame.
• Re-record when the UI changes; avoid claims about features you have not verified.
