Monthly AI content budget at three sizes: starter, growth and scale
Three monthly volumes of images, voiceovers and 6-second clips priced on Sume: the starter plan is about $10, growth about $39 and scale about $146.

Most budgets are a guess at three sizes. This post prices three monthly volumes with the same three assets, so you can see how cost scales and which line dominates. Images are Ideogram 4.5 medium, voiceovers are 450 characters on Sonic 3.6, clips are 6 seconds of Grok Imagine Video 1.5 at its per-second list price.
Sume prices every job at the vendor list price × 1.25, then adds a 5.5% fee on that result, so $1.00 of list becomes $1.31875 (how the formula works). The tables below show both the catalog price (list × 1.25) and the all-in figure with the fee.
Three plans
| Plan | Images | Voiceovers | 6 s clips | Monthly, all-in |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 100 | 10 | 20 | $9.72 |
| Growth | 400 | 40 | 80 | $38.88 |
| Scale | 1500 | 150 | 300 | $145.81 |
What dominates
At every size the images cost 0.0791 each, a voiceover 0.0226 and a clip 0.0791, so images and clips take the budget and voice is rounding. Add 50% to the clip line if you expect to discard every third take.
