Muse Image API: how to check what Sume's image catalog lists

Runway lists a muse_image model at 1 credit per image. For Sume, read the live image catalog instead of assuming; endpoint pricing lines are what you pay.

Runway's pricing page lists a muse_image model at 1 credit per image at any resolution. That page does not say whether Sume carries it. Sume's image models are discovered from the catalog rather than a fixed list, so check the live image models list for a Muse id before writing code against one.

What does the vendor page say about Muse Image?

Only the pricing line was readable in the snapshot taken 2026-09-30: muse_image, 1 credit per image, any resolution. This post makes no other claim about the model.

How do I find out what Sume lists?

Per Image generation, you select a family with a catalog model id, or use model: "sume/auto" to let Image Router choose. Read the catalog for model ids and for each model's limits. If a Muse id is absent, a request with it fails validation rather than falling back to another model.

Where to read each fact, from the Sume image docs, read 2026-09-30: https://docs.sume.com/models/images
QuestionWhere the docs point
Is the model available? The live catalog of image models
How many images per call?Up to 10 with n; per-model ceilings are lower
What will it cost? The endpoint pricing line

How is an image model priced on Sume?

Endpoint pricing lines are the amount charged to your wallet, with Sume's margin already applied, so cost_usd × n is what you pay. The rate card labels Image Router as pass-through, per model. Do not convert Runway credits into Sume dollars; the two are separate price lists.

What should I do if the model is not there?

Pick a listed model for the same job. For a general starting point, see text-to-image API, or GPT Image 2.5 pricing for a model the docs do list.
