Mercado Libre Clips: 61 s needs two clips in Timeline
Mercado Libre Clips run 10 to 61 seconds. Some Sume models make 30 s clips, so two in Timeline give a 60 s vertical Clip for one billed minute.

Mercado Libre Clips accept 10 to 61 seconds, so a full-length Clip is longer than one generated shot. On Sume, seedance-2.5 accepts 4 to 30 seconds per clip, so two 30 s clips joined in Timeline 1.0 give you 60 s: inside the limit, and exactly one billed Timeline minute.
The Clips limits as summarized
These come from a secondary summary of Mercado Libre's Clips developer page, so check the live page before you upload.
| Item | Limit |
|---|---|
| Length | 10-61 s |
| File size | Up to 280 MB |
| Minimum size | 360x640 |
Generate vertical shots
Use POST /v1/videos with a 9:16 aspect ratio. seedance-2.5 takes 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p; read supported_aspect_ratios from GET /v1/videos/models before you pin one. Limits are not uniform across models, so the catalog is the authority.
Poll the returned polling URL until the job is completed, then fetch the video. Send an Idempotency-Key so a retry returns the original job instead of billing twice.

Timeline's default output is 1080 by 1920, which clears the 360 by 640 minimum. Set audio.duration_seconds to 60 with a spine URL, and place the second slot at start 30 with a short fade. Public rate is $0.10 per ceil output minute, so 60 s bills one minute while 61 s bills two; the docs say to confirm the rate live in the catalog.
Keep the final length at 60 s or under to stay in one minute, and well inside the 61 s cap.

- Probe the result with video inspect (frames set to false) for duration and size.
- Compare the file size with the 280 MB figure after the render.
- Read the live Mercado Libre page for codec and format rules, which the summary did not cover.
