Local gym's January class-schedule posters and welcome clip: $0.97
Five weekday posters with exact class times (two attempts each) and one captioned 30-second welcome clip cost $0.97 on Sume, ready before January 4.

A local gym can prepare its January schedule graphics for $0.97 on Sume: five 9:16 weekday posters with exact class times, two Ideogram 4.5 attempts each ($0.75), and a 30-second welcome clip trimmed from your own footage ($0.02) and captioned ($0.20) (read 2026-10-03).
The first Monday of 2027 is January 4. A schedule that is posted by December 28 reaches people who plan their resolutions before the holiday ends. The graphics are small spend; the more valuable work is getting the timetable right.
One poster per weekday
Pick one poster for each of Monday to Friday, listing the three or four classes of that day. Quote the lines exactly, including the 12-hour times and class names, and keep to four lines. Ideogram 4.5 renders quoted text well but not perfectly, so the second attempt is a retry for text errors, not a style variation. Use aspect_ratio 9:16 for stories.
Read every poster against your timetable. A time off by an hour sends a new member to an empty room on their first visit, which is the worst introduction you can give. Generate the schedule text from your booking system, and when a class changes, regenerate that one poster for $0.075.
| Item | Rate | Count | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekday posters, Ideogram 4.5 medium, two attempts each | $0.075 per image | 10 | $0.75 |
| Trim welcome clip from your footage | $0.02 per job | 1 | $0.02 |
| Burn captions, up to 60 seconds | $0.20 per job | 1 | $0.20 |
| Total | $0.97 |
The welcome clip
Film the coach saying hello at the front desk, then trim the best 30 seconds. The caption job needs audible speech and the words are taken from it, so say the address, the first-week offer and the sign-up path out loud. With the sound off, the burned captions still tell the viewer what to do.
Make no body claims, and avoid before-and-after language. If you show members, have a signed release. The existing post on a Christmas-week gym promo with member photos covers that story format, and this plan adds the schedule posters to it.
Budget and checks before you start
Get the final timetable signed off by the head coach first, and freeze it before generating. If a class changes in January, regenerate the single poster for that weekday and leave the other four. A poster and its retake are $0.15 at most (read 2026-10-03).
Post one weekday poster per day in the week before January 4 as a countdown, and use the welcome clip on the day. Include an address and a phone number as real text in the post, so a blurry image does not block someone from finding you.
