Instagram Feed video ad 9:16 at 1080x1920: size and 1% tolerance
Meta lists 9:16 at 1080 x 1920 for Instagram Feed video ads with a 1% tolerance. Sume 9:16 settings and a Timeline output that fit, with the arithmetic.

Meta's Instagram Feed video ad page lists 9:16 at 1080 x 1920 pixels with an aspect ratio tolerance of 1%. Sume video models that list 9:16 can generate the ratio, and a Timeline 1.0 render defaults to 1080x1920, so no size setting is needed for that output.

| Aspect ratio tolerance | 1% | Arithmetic below |

What does a 1% tolerance mean in pixels?
Meta's page states the number and not a formula, so this is plain arithmetic, not a guarantee. 1080 / 1920 is 0.5625. A width of 1088 at height 1920 gives 0.5667, a difference of about 0.75%. A width of 1100 gives 0.5729, about 1.85% away, which would be over 1% if the tolerance is read as a relative difference in the ratio. Meta does not say how it measures it.
Timeline sizes must be even integers, so both 1080x1920 and 1088x1920 are legal outputs. Use 1080x1920 unless you have a reason not to.
How do I get 9:16 from Sume?
Ask a model that lists 9:16 in supported_aspect_ratios; sume/auto also takes aspect_ratio in the video generation docs. Then render through Timeline for the exact size, since generation lists a resolution tier such as 1080p and not a pixel size (size returns 400 unsupported_parameter).

"aspect_ratio": "9:16",
"duration": 5
}'Which limits should I still verify?
The docs do not state the pixel size of a generated clip at each tier, so extract a still from a delivered clip with video frames and read its width and height, or re-render the clip through Timeline. Meta also lists a 125 character primary text and up to 30 hashtags, which are copy limits Sume video does not enforce. Re-read Meta's page before delivery.
