Higgsfield's MCP guide says a 20 second vertical UGC video costs 270 credits, which it prices at $13.50. For the same length, Sume Avatar 1.0 charges $3.68 at standard, $4.90 at plus and $11.00 at max with no product image. These are the vendors' own numbers, so the comparison is on price only; the outputs are not the same product.

The numbers

Sume rates come from the pricing page and are multiplied by 20 seconds.

FactValue
Higgsfield via MCP270 credits, $13.50
Sume standard$3.68
Sume plus$4.90
Sume max$11.00

With a product image

Adding a product_image raises the per-second rate: $0.194 at standard, $0.258 at plus and $0.58 at max. For 20 seconds that is $3.88, $5.16 and $11.60. The avatar itself is a one-time $0.95.

A vertical output is Sume's default aspect ratio, 9:16.

How to read the gap

The cheapest tier is not always the right one. Higgsfield describes a UGC workflow with presets, while Sume gives a presenter reading a script. Try both on one real script, measure retries, and price the finished, approved clip rather than one attempt.

Do the arithmetic again if a vendor changes its credit price; this page reflects what each source said on the read date.
