HeyGen's pricing page lists Creator at $29 a month with 600 credits and 1080p export, and Pro at $49 a month with 1,000 credits and 4K export. How does HeyGen pricing work?

HeyGen calls credits its "single currency for video and asset creation." Every paid plan includes a monthly allocation you spend across features, and the page says a video's credit cost "can vary based on which AI model is used, video duration, and the complexity of the generation." It doesn't give a fixed number of credits per minute.

• Pro has tiers: all include the same features and only the monthly credit allocation changes, from 1,000 credits at $49 to 100,000 at $4,300. You can switch tiers anytime.
• Creator and Pro users get more credits by moving to a higher plan or tier. One-time credit packs and auto-reload are listed for Business users.
• Annual subscriptions are billed once a year "at a lower effective monthly rate."

Do HeyGen credits roll over?

Yes, for a limited time. HeyGen says monthly subscribers' unused credits roll over for one more month, and annual subscribers' credits accumulate until their renewal date. Credits don't carry over after you cancel: you keep paid features and remaining credits until the end of the billing cycle, then the account moves to the Free plan.

Does HeyGen have a watermark?

The Creator and Pro plans both list "Watermark removal". The Free plan, $0 with 3 videos a month up to 1 minute each, doesn't list it. The page doesn't describe the watermark itself, so check a Free export before you decide.
