Three-second bumper: Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 or Wan 3.0 on Sume
A 3-second bumper costs $0.38 at 720p on Omni Flash 1.1 and $0.38 on Wan 3.0. Omni starts at 3 seconds; Wan starts at 2.

For a three-second bumper, Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 costs $0.12 at 360p, $0.38 at 720p, $0.57 at 1080p and $1.13 at 4K on Sume, and Wan 3.0 costs $0.19 at 480p, $0.38 at 720p and $0.75 at 1080p. At 720p the two are the same price.
Omni's shortest clip is 3 seconds, so this is its floor. Wan 3.0 goes down to 2 seconds, which matters if the bumper is a quick sting you will trim anyway.
Three-second prices
Sume sells at the provider list per second times 1.25, rounded up to whole cents. Omni has a four-step resolution ladder; Wan has three steps and a lower floor on length.
| Row | Resolution | Sume per second | 3 seconds |
|---|---|---|---|
| gemini-omni-flash-1.1 | 360p | $0.0375 | $0.12 |
| gemini-omni-flash-1.1 | 720p | $0.125 | $0.38 |
| gemini-omni-flash-1.1 | 1080p | $0.1875 | $0.57 |
| gemini-omni-flash-1.1 | 4K | $0.375 | $1.13 |
| wan-3.0 | 480p | $0.0625 | $0.19 |
| wan-3.0 | 720p | $0.125 | $0.38 |
| wan-3.0 | 1080p | $0.25 | $0.75 |
Format limits
Omni Flash 1.1 accepts only 16:9 and 9:16, with native synced audio always on and no way to switch it off. Wan 3.0 also takes 1:1, 4:3 and 3:4 in the /v1/videos ratio list, so a square bumper is a Wan job.
Google's Gemini API video page names Gemini Omni Flash as its default choice for video generation and conversational editing, and keeps Veo 3.1 for cases such as scene extension and frame control (read 2026-10-07). Sume does not list Veo 3.1, so on Sume Omni Flash is the Google row.
What a bumper usually needs
A bumper is mostly a logo or a title over a moving background. If the end card is a fixed image, give Omni an end frame and let it animate into the lockup, or generate a Wan clip at 480p and place the title in a timeline. Sume has no seed, so keep a keeper once you get it.
If your bumper sits under three seconds, only Wan 3.0 can generate the exact length. With Omni, generate three seconds and trim.
- Under 3 seconds: Wan 3.0 (2-second floor).
- 4K or Google look: Omni Flash 1.1, 3 to 10 seconds.
- Square or 4:3: Wan 3.0.
