Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 price ladder: 4K is 10x the 360p rate
Omni Flash is $0.03 to $0.30 per second on fal; Sume bills list x 1.25. Price of the 8-second default, a 10-second max clip and a minute at each resolution.

fal prices Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 at $0.03 per second at 360p, $0.10 at 720p, $0.15 at 1080p and $0.30 at 4K, and its example is a 10-second 1080p clip at $1.50 (read 2026-10-09). On Sume the same four tiers are $0.0375, $0.125, $0.1875 and $0.375 per second. The 4K rate is exactly ten times 360p.
What does a clip cost at each tier?
A single Omni job stops at 10 seconds on Sume (3 to 10 s), so the 60-second column is six 10-second jobs.
| Tier | Per second | 8 s (default) | 10 s (max) | 60 s total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 360p | $0.0375 | $0.30 | $0.38 | $2.25 |
| 720p | $0.1250 | $1.00 | $1.25 | $7.50 |
| 1080p | $0.1875 | $1.50 | $1.88 | $11.25 |
| 4K | $0.3750 | $3.00 | $3.75 | $22.50 |
Is audio extra?
No. fal's list has no audio line, and the Video Router docs say native synced audio is always on and the API rejects generate_audio: false. Compare it with models that price audio on and off separately before you read a cheaper per-second number as cheaper.
How do I use the spread?
- Explore prompts at 360p: 20 eight-second drafts cost $6.00 on Sume.
- Lock the keepers at 720p ($1.00 each at the 8 s default) or 1080p ($1.50).
- Reserve 4K ($3.00 for 8 s) for the one clip that needs it.
What can I send to Omni?
Per the Video generation docs, Omni accepts image and video references and a video edit mode through the Video Router video_url field, with no audio references. The Video Router docs list up to 10 reference images and up to 3 reference videos of at most 3 seconds each.
References do not add a line to the list: fal's price is per second of output at the chosen resolution. Sume bills list x 1.25 of that figure, so a reference-guided 8-second clip at 720p is still $1.00.
A worked example: a 3-second reaction shot is $0.1125 at 360p, $0.375 at 720p and $1.125 at 4K, the shortest clip Omni accepts. A 10-second clip is $0.375, $1.25 and $3.75 at the same tiers. Aspect ratio is 16:9 or 9:16 and does not change the rate. If the clip needs sound, you are already paying for it, so compare Omni with other models after adding any audio charge they list separately.
