Ten 3-second Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 shots at 360p cost $1.13 on Sume, and $1.23 once Timeline joins them into a 30-second animatic. Three seconds is Omni's minimum length and 360p its lowest tier.

An animatic is a moving storyboard. It shows a client the order of an event, from doors to headline act, so changes are cheap before anything is built.

What it costs at each tier

The point is to stay cheap. Raise the resolution only for the one or two shots a client wants to look at closely.

Ten 3-second Omni shots, Sume per-second rates, read 2026-10-07
ResolutionPer secondPer shotTen shotsWith Timeline
360p$0.0375$0.11$1.13$1.23
720p$0.1250$0.38$3.75$3.85
1080p$0.1875$0.56$5.63$5.73

A ten-shot list

One shot per beat keeps the review focused. Write each prompt as a camera instruction, not a story.

  • Arrival: the exterior and signage at dusk.
  • Registration: a desk and a queue.
  • Room reveal: a wide shot of the main hall.
  • Stage: the speaker position and screen.
  • Networking, catering, the headline moment, the exit and the end card.

From animatic to final

Keep the Timeline slot list. When the real footage arrives, swap each slot's source_url for the real clip and keep the start and duration. The structure the client approved stays the same.

A second animatic with different shot order costs another $1.23. That is cheaper than a meeting about the first one.

What it can and cannot show

An animatic from generated shots shows mood and sequence, not the real venue. Omni will invent a hall that does not match the floor plan, so label the file as a concept, and do not send it as a promise of what attendees will see.

For the real room, start each shot from a venue photo as the first frame. Join the shots in Timeline, with a temp music file or silence. Omni outputs 16:9 or 9:16 only. Rates are the Sume card on 2026-10-07.
