Testimonial video from a written review: quote cards over B-roll
Turn a written customer review into a 20-second video: generate B-roll, burn the quote with caption cues, and credit the source honestly. Costs and limits.

A written review becomes a 20-second video by putting the quote on screen over neutral B-roll. Generate or trim a clip, then send the review split into short phrases as cues to video-captions ($0.20). Only use real reviews with permission, and show them as quotes, not as someone speaking.
Method
Split the review into three cards of about six words, each on screen for two to four seconds. Use a calm clip with space for text. The caption style slam suits short punchy quotes; set design to adjust colour and placement. Keep the reviewer's wording unchanged; edit only for length and mark omissions with an ellipsis.

}Limits
Advertising rules in many places require reviews to be genuine and typical; an AI face reading a review is a different, riskier product. Sume cannot verify a review. Do not attribute a quote to a named person without their consent.
