AI asset unit-cost sheet for client quotes: image, voice, video
A ten-row cost sheet from the Sume catalog: image, voice, transcript, cutout, music, render and video-second prices, all-in with the 5.5% fee.

Quoting a client needs a cost per asset, not a model name. This is a ten-row sheet of Sume unit costs, all-in, that you can paste into a quote template and multiply by volume. Add your own markup on top.
Sume prices every job at the vendor list price × 1.25, then adds a 5.5% fee on that result, so $1.00 of list becomes $1.31875 (how the formula works). The tables below show both the catalog price (list × 1.25) and the all-in figure with the fee.
The sheet
| Asset | Unit | All-in cost |
|---|---|---|
| Image, Ideogram 4.5 medium | 1 image | $0.079125 |
| Image, Grok Image | 1 image | $0.026375 |
| Image, GPT Image 2.5 (reference, high 1024) | 1 image | $0.069498 |
| Voiceover | 1,000 characters | $0.050112 |
| Transcript | 1 audio minute | $0.01055 |
| Background removal | 1 image | $0.023737 |
| Music track (Lyria 3.5) | 1 track | $0.131875 |
| Timeline render | 1 output minute | $0.1055 |
| Video, Grok Imagine Video 1.5 | 1 second | $0.013187 |
| Video, Wan 3.0 720p | 1 second | $0.131875 |
How to use it
Multiply each row by the volume in the statement of work and add a retry allowance. A common allowance is one extra take in three for images and one in two for video, because video prompts miss more often.
Prices change when vendors change list prices, so pull the live numbers from the catalogs (GET /v1/image-router/models, /v1/tts-router/models, /v1/video-router/models) when you send a quote, rather than copying this sheet.
Some figures are reference points: GPT Image 2.5 depends on quality and size, and video depends on resolution. The sheet picks one common setting per row and says which.

No: Sume top-ups are a dashboard checkout. The API reads GET /v1/balance and GET /v1/usage, reserves at submit and returns 402 when short. A guard to build.
