20 drafts, 5 finals, 1 hero: Omni 7-second clips for $14.63
A three-tier Omni Flash plan for 7-second clips: 20 drafts at 360p, 5 finals at 1080p and 1 hero at 4K cost $14.63 on Sume. Arithmetic by tier.

A three-tier Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 plan for 7-second clips, with 20 drafts at 360p, 5 finals at 1080p and 1 hero at 4K, costs $14.63 on Sume. Drafts take $5.40, finals $6.60 and the single 4K hero $2.63.
The plan
Seven seconds is a length many price tables skip. At 360p it is 7 x 3.75 = 26.25, rounded up to 27 cents; at 1080p, 7 x 18.75 = 131.25, rounded to 132 cents; at 4K, 7 x 37.5 = 262.5, rounded to 263 cents.
Sume rounds each clip up to the next whole cent, so a clip total is ceil(seconds x rate), not a sum of fractional cents.
| Tier | Count | Per clip | Subtotal |
|---|---|---|---|
| 360p draft | 20 | 27 cents | $5.40 |
| 1080p final | 5 | 132 cents | $6.60 |
| 4K hero | 1 | 263 cents | $2.63 |
| Total | 26 | $14.63 |
Why drafts at 360p
A draft is for choosing the prompt. Twenty drafts cost $5.40, less than the five finals ($6.60). If you made all 26 clips at 1080p, the bill would be $34.32; all at 4K, $68.38.
The tiers do not guarantee the same frames. There is no seed on any v1 video model, so the 1080p final is a new generation. Pick the prompt from the draft, and the frame from the final.
Keep an eye on the reserve
At submit Sume reserves the billable amount for the job, so a 4K hero at 263 cents needs that much free balance at the moment you send it. The finals and drafts can be submitted in waves. After the run, compare the sum of usage.cost on all 26 jobs with the figure above; a gap means a clip had a different length than planned.
The same length at every tier
For reference, a 7-second Omni Flash clip at each resolution. Every price is the seconds times the billable rate, rounded up to a whole cent, as of 2026-10-08.
| Resolution | Arithmetic | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| 360p | 7 x 3.75 = 26.25 cents | $0.27 |
| 720p | 7 x 12.5 = 87.5 cents | $0.88 |
| 1080p | 7 x 18.75 = 131.25 cents | $1.32 |
| 4K | 7 x 37.5 = 262.5 cents | $2.63 |
Limits to remember
These apply to every request on this page, from the Video Router and Video generation docs:
- Length is 3 to 10 whole seconds in generation modes; an edit takes no duration.
- Aspect ratio is 16:9 or 9:16; an edit takes no aspect ratio.
- Native synced audio is always on, and
generate_audio: falseis rejected. - There is no
bitrate_mode, no reference audio and noseed. - Billing is the provider list times 1.25 per output second, reserved at submit and shown in
usage.cost.
