15 video ads of 15 seconds each cost $28.1250 on Sume with Wan 3.0 at 720p. Each ad is $1.8750, and every ad is one job because Wan 3.0 accepts 2 to 30 seconds per request.

The price is computed from Sume's rate card (read 2026-10-06): the provider list price times 1.25. The limits come from the video generation docs.

What does the 15-ad run cost at each resolution?

Same 15 seconds, three resolutions.

Billable USD, Sume rate card, read 2026-10-06.
ResolutionPer ad15 ads
480p$0.9375$14.0625
720p$1.8750$28.1250
1080p$3.75$56.25

What does one request look like?

Send one POST /v1/videos per ad, each with its own Idempotency-Key, so a retry never bills twice.

curl -X POST "https://api.sume.com/v1/videos" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: clip-wan-3.0-15s-001" \
  -d '{
    "model": "wan-3.0",
    "prompt": "A product on a desk, slow push-in, natural light",
    "duration": 15,
    "resolution": "720p",
    "aspect_ratio": "9:16"
  }'

What should I plan for?

Add a few spare ads to the budget for retakes.

  • Check the model id in GET /v1/catalog before a large run.
  • Run one ad first and look at it at 720p before you queue the other 14.
  • A 402 insufficient_credits response means the balance cannot cover the reserve; nothing was charged.
