The 2K tier is where a lot of finished work sits: web heroes, ad creatives, large social posts. Two new models price almost the same there. Black Forest Labs lists FLUX 3 Image 2k, about 4 megapixels, at $0.100 per image. Google's Gemini API pricing lists Nano Banana 2 at 2K (2048 by 2048) at $0.101 standard and $0.0505 on batch (both read 2026-10-03).
A thousand 2K images
Sume does not carry FLUX 3. For Nano Banana 2 at 2K, Sume's provider list is $0.12 and the Sume price is $0.15 per image, per its rate tables. 1,000 images is $150 on Sume, $101 on Google standard and $100 on FLUX 3.

What to take from it
FLUX 3 at 2k and Nano Banana 2 at 2K are priced within a cent of each other on vendor lists, so the choice between them is not a price question. Sume is 50 percent above both for the same size, which on 1,000 images is $50. That is the price of staying in one wallet.
Google's batch tier is half price. For jobs that can wait, it is the cheapest by a wide margin: $50.50 for 1,000. For anything inside a user session, price against the standard row. Also remember that a 2K setting in a Sume request is a size selection on Nano Banana 2, not an upscale of a smaller render.
