10 YouTube bumper variants with Omni: $6.25 at 5 s, $7.50 at 6 s
Google Ads lists YouTube bumpers at 5 to 6 seconds. Ten Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 variants cost $6.25 at 5 seconds and $7.50 at 6 seconds at 720p on Sume.

Ten YouTube bumper variants cost $6.25 at 5 seconds and $7.50 at 6 seconds each on Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 at 720p on Sume. The Google Ads help page describes bumper ads as between 5 and 6 seconds, and Omni runs 3 to 10 seconds, so it fits with no trimming.
At 1080p the same ten variants are $9.38 and $11.25.
What Google says
The Google Ads video ad help page gives bumper length as between 5 and 6 seconds, non-skippable, billed on target CPM. It lists YouTube Shorts ads at under 60 seconds recommended. I read it on 2026-10-07 and did not find a complete aspect-ratio table on that page, so check the full ad requirements before you export.
| Length | Resolution | Per variant | Ten variants |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 s | 720p | $0.63 | $6.25 |
| 5 s | 1080p | $0.94 | $9.38 |
| 6 s | 720p | $0.75 | $7.50 |
| 6 s | 1080p | $1.13 | $11.25 |
A variant plan that tests something
A bumper has five seconds to land one idea. Change one variable per variant, so the result tells you which one mattered.
- Opening shot: product close-up, product in use, or the finished result.
- Setting: kitchen, street, studio.
- Pace: one slow move against two quick cuts. Omni makes one continuous shot, so quick cuts mean joining clips in Timeline.
- Sound: ambient only, or ambient with a music bed laid in afterwards.
Five or six seconds
Omni's shortest clip is 3 seconds, so you can ask for exactly 5 and skip the trim. At 720p a 5-second variant is $0.625 and a 6-second variant is $0.75, so five seconds saves $0.125 a variant.
Ask for the length you need up front. A trim after the fact is a separate $0.02 job and pays for the extra second you did not need.
Limits
Sume does not upload to Google Ads, and it does not check a clip against Google's ad policies. Put your brand line in as caption text on a captions job, at $0.20 per job, instead of asking Omni to draw it.
